Our goal at Charlestown Physical Therapy and Health Services LLC is to provide services that meet your needs for leading a healthy lifestyle. Whether it is recoverying from and injury, preparing for a marathon or making sure
you will be around to play with your grandchildren we have a program that can meet your individual need. The physical therapy, fitness and nutrition programs all start with a thorough evaluation
and work with each client to develop a
complete plan of care and goals. Physical Therapy care is one-on-one with a licensed Physical Therapist. We do not use assistants or aides for Physical Therapy treatments. Our goal is to provide each client with information that they can
take home to supplement the care they recieve in the office to maximize the benefit from each visit.
